Paid advisory, diligence, and go-to-market consulting services referenced on or accessible through this website—including services for family offices, limited partners, institutional investors, and early-stage founders—are not provided by Whiteboard Venture Partners or by the CISO Ventures community. Such services are provided exclusively by WBVP Enterprises Inc., a separate affiliated legal entity, and are governed by a separate written engagement letter or master services agreement between WBVP Enterprises Inc. and the client. Where any such relationship exists, WBVP Enterprises Inc. will disclose it in writing to the client at or before the start of the relevant engagement. The client may decline or terminate the engagement at any time on that basis. Participation by individual CISO Ventures community members in any WBVP Enterprises Inc. engagement is in their personal capacity as subject-matter experts, not as agents or representatives of the CISO Ventures community.
